Delivery of HFQA-1800W slitting and rewinding machine to India.

In September of 2024, we received a customized inquiry for a higher load-bearing needs slitter rewinder HFQA-1800W from our Indian customers. After near two months of design and discussion of this project, it was finally confirmed in mid-November, and delivered yesterday. 

With the arrival of this machine, we sincerely hope it will swiftly integrate into the customer's operations and begin creating significant value for their business in the near future.

For this machine, we specifically adopt the Heavy-duty Shaftless unwind to enhance the unwinding load-bearing capacity, and utilized air shafts with greater load capacity to meet our customers' demands for large-scale coiled materials. 

After completing the manufacturing of the machine, we immediately conducted tests on the materials required by the customer.

Finally, upon successful completion of the machine testing, we promptly packaged the machine, loaded it into a shipping container, and dispatched it to the customer via sea freight.
