Features

1. The use of advanced mechanical structure and control system can achieve high-speed, continuous slitting and winding operations, improving production efficiency.

2. Adjustable cutting system to ensure accurate material slitting.

3. Polyurethane material is used for long-term use.

4. All aluminum alloy guide rollers are processed with dynamic balance and hard oxidation.

5. All the knife shafts are made of #45 steel coated with 100μm thickness hard chrome and are processed with dynamic balancing.

6. Three individual servo motors synchronous control traction and duplex rewind which provides accurate web tension is calculated by PLC automatically.

9. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls. Web Guide system through ultrasonic sensor to correct reels edge to guarantee feeding exact.

10. Automatic rolls unloading structure for rewinding shafts: mechanical arm moving on the linear guide rail to unload the shaft.

4. Rewinding system.

> The left and right rewind structure, installed 2 pcs 3” differential shaft.

> Pneumatic clamp for rewind shaft.

> Servo motor *2sets drive system provides the accurate winding tension control.

> Automatic rolls unloading structure: hydraulic control to unload the shaft with heavy finished rolls.

> Precision roll pressure control system: With the increase of roll diameter, the unloading cantilever will drop accurately under the coordination control of the hydraulic proportional valve and the pressure roll position detector, to ensure perfect tension control of materials during rewinding.

> Standard spec: Max rewind diameter: 1200mm.
