We specially design HFQA with large rewind diameter (1000mm even can customized to 1200mm) to fulfill the customer who want to get big diameter finished rolls.

Especially suitable for paper cup making machines, paper bag making machines, packaging and printing industries in next step.

Features

1. Fuselage wallboard thickness 40mm; materials: Q235, ensure high-speed stable running.

2. Equipped with a high-precision cutting system, it can achieve accurate paper roll slitting.

3. Operate through touch screen or computer interface to simplify the operation process and reduce manual errors.

4. All the knife shafts are made of #45 steel coated with 100μm thickness hard chrome and are processed with dynamic balancing.

5. Three individual servo motors synchronous control traction and duplex rewind which provides accurate web tension is calculated by PLC automatically.

6. Germany Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for operator, it has multi-functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on.

7. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls. Web Guide system through ultrasonic sensor to correct reels edge to guarantee feeding exact.

Standard Configuration
1. Shaftless unwind

> Shaftless unwind with auto hydraulic lifting. Equipped standard 3” &6” step chuck.

> Hydraulic system for lifting big jumbo roll from the floor.

> Mechanical arms separately moved on rail by hydraulic driven. One button moves, easy operate.

> Magnetic powder brake 20kg *2 pcs for unwind tension control.

> Machinery material: Cast Iron Steel and Steel Plate 20mm thick fuselage.

> Proximity sensor for automatic calculation of unwinding rolls diameter.

> Standard spec:

    Max. Reel diameter: 1400mm

    Max. Reel weight: 2000kg

    Inner core size: 3” (76mm) & 6” (152mm)

 

 

2. Web guide system.

> Equipped an Arise web guide system for edge detection. Ensure the material feeding is exact.

> Web guide system with both Automatic and manual control

> High Precision ultrasonic sensor which easily and fast detects various web edge.

> Include ultrasonic sensor, controller and correct motor.

 

 

3. Double Rubber Roller Traction System

> Traction use double rubber roller with TPU material driven for both thin and thick paper.

> Nip rubber roller with adjustable pneumatic control for perfect tension control.

> Servo motor driven both main traction roller and slitting knife roller with Synchronous belt transmission
   Ensure that the material does not slip or deform.

 

 

4. Slitting Unit.

> Easy-setting rotary shear knife *10sets install on machine for slitting

> Knife up/down and left/right fine-adjustment are controlled by worm-gear reducers.

> Pneumatic bottom knife shaft is convenient to setting the bottom rotary knives.

> Trim disposal: 2.2 kw trim suction fan.

> Stand Spec: Min. slit width: 30mm

 

 

5. Rewinding system.

> Duplex rewind with 3” airshaft center winding.

> Pneumatic lock and pneumatic clamp for rewind shaft keeping safety when rewind.

> Individual two servo motor control duplex rewind provides the accurate winding tension control.

> Standard spec: Max rewind diameter: 1000mm. (1200mm is optional)

 

 

6. Lay-on roller & Material receiving roller.

> Pneumatic lay-on roller guarantees full contact between lay-on roller and slit rolls, also the lay-on pressure can be adjusted.

> Auxiliary nip roller for rewind web connection.

> Auxiliary nip roller with both manual and auto control.

 

 

7. Auto Unloading of Finished Rolls.

> Support arm move on guide rail assisted unloading the finished rolls from the machine

> Motor controlled unloading arm operates at a constant speed

> The limit sensor ensures that the unloading arm moves within the range

 

 

8. Control Panel

> Flip-type control panel makes it convenient for operators

> The arrangement of buttons has been designed for easy operation

> The auxiliary control panel is installed at the back of the machine, easy for one person to operate

> Emergency stop installed

 

 

9. Electrical Box & Pneumatic

> All electrical appliances comply with China 3C certificate standard. Safe and long-lasting.

> The layout of the electronic control board has been carefully designed, arranged neatly, and occupies a small area.

>. Automatic tension& diameter calculate and control: Set taper and initial tension on touch screen for your materials, PLC will detect current tension and current diameter automatically and accurately.

>. Meter reached auto alarm and stop function.

>. Unwind Set diameter reached auto alarm and stop function.

>. One button auto speed-up function: Press one button, machine will speed up to your set speed smoothly and automatically.

>. Rewind shaft forward and backward function.
