Application

We specially design HFQL with large rewind diameter (1500mm) to fulfill the customer who want to get big diameter finished rolls.
This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding large wide jumbo roll, like various papers, adhesive sticker, or some laminates into narrow width rolls.

Features

1. Fuselage wallboard thickness 60mm; materials: Q235, ensure high-speed stable running.

2. All rubber rollers are made of polyurethane for longtime using

3. All aluminum alloy guide rollers are processed with dynamic balance and hard oxidation.

4. All the knife shafts are made of #45 steel coated with 120μm thickness hard chrome and are processed
with dynamic balancing.

5. All electrical appliances comply with China 3C certificate standard.

6. Three individual servo motors synchronous control traction and duplex rewind which provides accurate web tension is calculated by PLC automatically.

7. Germany Siemens PLC control system with touch screen brings much convenience for operator, it has multi functions, like meter reached auto stop, tension auto control, and so on.

8. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls. Web Guide system through ultrasonic sensor to correct reels edge to guarantee feeding exact.

9. Automatic rolls unloading structure for rewinding shafts: mechanical arm moving on the linear guide rail to unload the shaft.

10. Two trimming side material through plastic tube connect fan automatic move out.

2. Web guide system.

4. Slitting Unit.

> Pneumatic bottom knife shaft is convenient to setting the bottom rotary knives.

5. Rewinding system.

> The left and right rewind structure, with 3” airshaft *2pcs center winding.

> Pneumatic lock and pneumatic clamp for rewind shaft keeping safety when rewind.

> Individual two servo motor control rewind shaft provides the accurate winding tension control.

> Pneumatic rewind shaft laying on big metal cylinder guarantees full contact between big metal roller and slit roll, the lay-on pressure can be adjusted.

> Shaft supporter enlarge the loading capacity of rewind shaft.

> Standard spec: Max rewind diameter: 1500mm.

6. Auto Unloading of Finished Rolls.

> Automatic rolls unloading structure: hydraulic control to unload the shaft with heavy finished rolls.
