Features

3. Traction System

> Traction roller with motor driven for high-precision length traction.

> Easy-setting rotary shear knife *20sets install on machine for slitting (Razor blade is optional)

> Knife up/down and left/right fine-adjustment are controlled by worm-gear reducers.

5. Rewinding system.

> Swing-out type with 3” airshaft center winding.

> Pneumatic clamp for rewind shaft.

> Individual two servo motor control rewinding shaft provides the accurate winding tension control.

> Metal/rubber central big drum roller with pneumatic auxiliary lay-on roller.

> Airdraulic actuator(air-oil) for rewinding shaft with FESTO proportional valve to control the lay-on pressure automatically (controlled by PLC and set on touch screen).

> Standard spec: Max rewind diameter: 600mm.

6. Unloading of Finished Rolls.

> Swing-out shaft unloading type, one side of shaft fixed on machine.

> pneumatic clamp releases the rewind shaft when unloading finished rolls.
